Cafe 63Reviewed

January 22nd, 2020

One of my go-to cafes for breakfast and lunch is Cafe 63. On a weekly basis and my partner go here probably 3 times. It’s so easy as we just order sides, they have so many vegan options and we add them together to make our own breakfast!

They have a few other options on the menu for vegan breakfast, but we go here to create our own. You can create your own too! They have cafe 63 in most areas, I think there’s a total of 38 stores in the Brisbane area so be sure to check them out!

They also have a unique style, and sell fresh flowers such as peonies, sunflowers and roses at each store! How beautiful! This is a wonderful place with a peaceful ambience and a fresh scent of flowers!

My DIY breakfast usually consists of mashed & fresh avo, grilled tomatoes, grilled mushrooms, hashbrowns and wilted spinach! I sometimes change it up and add baked beans or fruit salad, and sometimes Turkish bread which tastes amazing with smashed avo on it! And of course, a large soy chai latte! (They only have almond milk at some cafe 63’s, but have soy milk at all locations).

Below are the vegan sides, you can create anything you want from this list to satisfy all of your cravings! Also, check below in the menu section to see the vegan breakfasts available.
